China to support Pakistan in energy, automobile, agricultural sectors: Zhao Qizheng

Zhao Qizheng, Chairman Foreign Affairs Committee of Chinese People’s Consultative Conference, Monday, said that his country would like to support Pakistan in energy, mobile phone, automobile and agricultural sectors.
“Chinese nation is also thankful for Pakistan for taking adequate measures to handle the issue of miscreants active in Xingjian Chinese province in the name of Jihad” he said while addressing a joint news conference along with Chairman and members of the Senate Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs here at Parliament House.
He also announced that his country would grant 500 scholarships to Pakistani students I next five years as well as to hold training workshops for Pakistani media persons. “Moreover, China will also increase the number of schools and computer labs along with provision of volunteers to impart Pakistani students about Chinese language” he went on saying.
“Yesterday, beautifully architected Pak-China Friendship here in Islamabad, but I felt least utilization of the facility” Zhao added saying that language courses could be organized at this building to bridge lingual gap between people of China and Pakistan as well as to bring them closer to each other.
Thanking for kind support assured by Pakistani panel of parliamentarians, he said that his country and people were obliged to Pakistani people and government for unshaken support on Chinese stand on Taiwan, Tibet, Xingjian and other challenges confronted by China.
“It took more than 60 years of both the countries Pakistan and China in brining bilateral ties to the current level in the wake of numerous challenges and problems” he added saying that now conditions had changed drastically as cold war had ended, globalization promoted and war on terror had intensified.
Chairman Zhao said that his delegation discussed all issues bothering both the countries with Pakistan Senators’ Committee openheartedly and both sided agreed to promote bilateral ties and enhance cooperation in different fields.

  1. WHERE HAS CHINA BEEN ALL THESE YEARS ??ALL TALK TALK BY CHINESE- NO REAL HELP ..WHY CHINA DOESNOT SUPPLY ELECTRICITY TO PAK ?
