Pakistan rose when Malala fell after attack: father

Ziauddin Yousafzai, father of Malala Yousafzai, said when Malala fell after the attack, the whole nation rose for her.
Speaking to reporters on Friday, Yousafzai said her daughter was recovering fast in the UK hospital, where she is undergoing treatment.
The 15-year-old’s father and other family members flew to Britain on Thursday to see her in the hospital.
“It’s a miracle for us. She was in a very bad condition,” he said. “She is improving with encouraging speed and we are very happy.”
He paid a token of thanks to the Pakistan government and all those who helped her daughter survive the terrible attack. He said a Satan had attacked his daughter but later angels surrounded her.
Yousafzai was thankful in particular to President Asif Ali Zardari, and General Pervaiz Kayani for making all kinds of resources available. He said Malala was brought to UK because her brain was swelling.
The medical director of the facility where she is being treated was also alongside the father and expressed satisfaction over Malala’s recovery.
Malala’s Father met his daughter for the first time since she regained consciousness. She asked about her companions Shazia and Kainat who got injured in the attack and also asked for her books. She expressed her willingness to appear for exams in Swat.
