At least three robbers were killed and two others arrested in injured condition in police operation during robbery attempt in a house here on Wednesday.
According to details, five robbers barged into a house located in main Sahiwal city and started looting valuables taking the residents hostage at gun point.
The police and Elite Force personnel getting the information cordoned off the house and started operation to arrest the robbers.
However, the robbers started firing at police and tried to flee. But three robbers were killed in the retaliatory firing of the law enforcement agencies and two others injured were arrested.
