Rain has turned the weather of Lahore and other parts of the country cooler, forcing people to wear warm clothes especially during nights as it received rain late Tuesday night. Gusty winds started blowing on Tuesday evening and continued for half an hour followed by rains, causing considerable decrease in the mercury level. According to Metrological Department, dry weather is expected in most parts of the country on Wednesday., however, light rain may occur at few places of Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Temperatures recorded in Islamabad and Muzaffarabad was 10 degrees centigrade, Lahore 15 degrees, Karachi 22 degrees, Peshawar13 degrees, Quetta four degrees, Gilgit six degrees and Murree six degree centigrade.
