SC moved against Nayyar Bokhari

Supreme Court (SC) has been moved against chairman senate Nayyar Hussain Bokhari and interior minister Rehman Malik on non implementation of court verdict in dual nationality case.
A petition was filed in the apex court by Mehmood Akhtar Naqvi Monday in this respect. The petitioner states that one month had been elapsed after the announcement of decision in dual nationality case but reference had not been sent to election commission.
It prayed the court to take action against senate chairman Nayyar Hussain Bokhari and interior minister Rehman Malik on non-implementation of its verdict.

  1. Rehman Malik the liar should be facing trial for perjury, corruption, abuse of power, conflict of interest and deterioration in law and order, apart from his wheeling-deealings in telecommunication sector etc.

  2. Shame on SC for letting rehman malik get away with his illegal activities for so long. If they really truly wanted to do the right thing, they would have disqualified him and put him in jail for lying under oath in his election papers. Election are almost here now. Whats the use of going after him now unless SC wants to score points with public.

  3. Too bad these wimps at Pakistantoday won't show what I wrote,why is that they enjoy freedom to put whatever they desire but they review ours,thats b*ul*l*s*h*i*t*
