Islamabad High Court (IHC) issued contempt of court notices to Balochistan Chief Minister Aslam Raisani, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) chairman and other concerned officers on Monday, for non-payment of funds to earthquake victims. IHC Chief Justice Iqbal Hameedur-Rehman heard a petition filed regarding contempt of court against the Balochistan government and other concerned authorities who did not distribute funds to victims of earthquake on the direction of IHC.
