Petroleum prices are expected to decline in the next price revision, as the authorities are preparing a summary in this regard. According to a private TV channel, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and oil marking companies are considering to shift the benefit of decrease in international POL prices to consumers. The summary is due for submission on Saturday. The channel reported that the prices of petrol, diesel and kerosene oil are likely to be cut by Re 0.75 to Rs 1.50. The new prices would be announced on Monday.
