The first-ever Pakistani industrial exhibition opened at International Hotel here with the participation of more than 85 Pakistani companies.
In his opening remarks, the deputy for the ministry of commerce and industries Dr. Sadrudin Sahar said that the government is doing its best to pave the way for foreign investment in the country, saying availing opportunity the Pakistani businessmen and companies can also invest in Afghanistan.
The deputy in chamber of commerce and industries of Afghanistan, Khan Jan Alkozai in his speech noted that holding such exhibitions can play effective role in enhancing trade relations between the two nations.
Speaking on the occasion, Pakistan’s ambassador to Afghanistan, Mohammad Sadiq said that Afghan traders can solve their problems in Pakistan through the Pakistani embassy.
The President of chamber of commerce and industries Rawalpindi, in his speech stressed for holding such exhibition to promote trade between the two countries.
