Pakistan will celebrate Eidul Azha on October 27 as the Zonal Ruet-e-Hilal Committee sighted the Zil Haj moon in Lahore on Wednesday.
The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Commitee chairman would make a formal announcement of the moon sighting after receiving evidences from other parts of the country.
Earlier, the Meteorological Department said the moon would be seen easily as the sky was clear in most part of the country.
The moon was sighted clearly on Wednesday evening in almost all parts of the country.
