Islamabad Police conducted a search operation in the outskirts of the city on Tuesday and nabbed a total of 80 suspects, a police spokesman said. The search operation was conducted by Ramna and Koral police stations in various locations, including Meera Abadai, sector G-11, Nangial, Dhok Baba Khan, Dho Patian and Taramri. Buildings under construction, houses and hotels were also checked and a total of 80 suspects, who could not produce documents for their identification, were arrested. Ramna Police apprehended 30 suspects and Koral Police arrested 50 suspects during the operation. Following the directions of IGP Islamabad Bani Amin Khan, teams of these police stations headed by SDPOS and Station House Officers conducted the search in their respective areas.
