NWA operation will destabilize Pakistan: Nisar

Talking about government’s intention for tabling a resolution in the National Assembly, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said on Wednesday that government called for a military offensive in North Waziristan through a resolution.
Talking to media, the PML-N stalwart said that operation in North Waziristan would destabilise the country. “Smell of a conspiracy is emanating from what is happening in the country now,” he added.
The opposition leader said the world was saddened over the shooting of Malala Yousufzai, adding that it was being told that the attackers came from Afghanistan.
“An operation in North Waziristan is being mulled on the pretext of an attack on Malala Yousufzai,” he said. He added that attack on an innocent girl was being diverted to certain dimension.
Chaudhry Nisar said that parliamentary resolutions on drone attacks and Abbottabad operation were not implemented.
He alleged that the government wanted to create a situation to delay elections. The opposition leader vowed to resist Accountability Bill and said that the bill was aimed at protecting thieves.
The PML-N leader said his party would repeal the accountability law if the government succeeded in passing it from the parliament.
