The Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered the private TV channels about issuing statements and airing comments regarding judges of courts.
The order was issued in the hearing of a petition filed by a lawyer Shumail Ahmed here on Tuesday.
The petitioner plead that various anchor persons of private TV channels with disputed personalities and politicians issue statements and target judges of the courts for their decisions in different cases which leaves negative impacts on the minds of public against judiciary and judicial policy of the country.
