Condemning the Taliban attack on 14-year-old Malala Yousufzai and terming it un-Islamic, Sunni Ittehad Council Chief Sahabzada Fazal Karim on Monday urged the government to initiate a decisive military operation in North Waziristan. He addressed hundreds of supporters at Multan railway station, leading the Karachi to Rawalpindi “Tahafuz-e-Namoos-e-Risalat” train march. The march commenced from Karachi Cantonment Station on Sunday evening. The religious alliance leader also urged the government to mobilise Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC) members for efforts towards anti-blasphemy legislation.
