Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis Dr Muhammad Farooq Sattar, Speaker Sindh Assembly Nisar Khuhro, and Minister of State for National Food Security and Research Muhammad Moazzam Ali Khan Jatoi, would distribute 3rd Global HR Excellence Awards 2012 among 35 leading corporate organizations on October 18 at Marriott Hotel Karachi. Chairmen, CEOs, Management heads and senior executives of numerous renowned companies would attend the 3rd Global HR Excellence Awards-2012. The Global Media Links, Better Pakistan Forum and Business Milestones have joined hands for the third consecutive year, for successfully organizing the 3rd Global HR Excellence Awards. The award ceremony is expected to be attended by renowned members of the civil society. Global HR received nominations of over 58 companies to participate in the meritorious award competition. The award winning companies were selected by an independent jury of experts of the field the basis of stringently defined criteria for judging performance of HR practitioners and firms in the field of human resource development and growth. The awards have been instituted to honor and recognize services of companies and individuals who performed extraordinarily and excelled in the field of Human Resource management during 2011. Global Media Links Chief Executive Officer Mr. Mussadiq Aziz said that all stakeholders of the HR sector should play a pro-active role in bridging the demand-supply gap existing between businesses, industrial institutions regarding relevant skills of graduates of universities and institutes of higher education of the country.
