A high level delegation led by Li Changchun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, (CPCCC), will visit Pakistan on Wednesday on a two day visit.
During stay in Islamabad, Changchun will call on President Zardari and will discuss bilateral issues, as well as exchange views on the regional situation.
Li Changchun will inaugurate China Radio International (CRI) CRI FM-98 in Urdu language aiming to increase people-to-people contact and forge cultural bonds at a popular level. This will add a new dimension to the existing cultural relations between Pakistan and China. He will plant a tree at Shakarparian and also visit the Pakistan monument.
The high level visit from China would help further strengthen the “all-weather and strategic” friendship between the two countries.
