At least four people, including a police official were killed in different incidents across Karachi.
According to media reports in Kharadar, one person was gunned down by unknown assailants.
Another person was gunned down and two others injured in Landhi when unknown gunmen opened fire on them. Whereas, two people were killed in a road accident in the city’s SITE area.
Moreover, 11 people, including a suspected target killer, were arrested during operations conducted by Rangers.
The Rangers arrested a suspected target killer during an operation in Orangi Town’s Faqeer Colony and recovered weapons from his possession.
According to sources, the suspect was reportedly involved in several incidents of target killing and belonged to a gang.
In another targeted operation in Ancholi, the Rangers arrested a group of 10 people sitting at a hotel in the area and took them to an undisclosed location for questioning.
