At least three children died of gastroenteritis in the Gandawa area of Jhal Magsi district on Sunday.
Sources in the Health Department said that three children had reportedly died of gastroenteritis in the Qazi Ismail and Gahila areas of Gandawa, while several others were suffering from the same disease.
The Health Department has dispatched teams to provide medical treatment to the patients.
