A senior journalist of a private news agency was attacked in federal capital on Thursday at Shahra-e-Faisal, however he remained unhurt.
According to details, Editor – News Network International (NNI) news agency was on his way to office on Thursday.
Two bullets were fired on him by the unidentified persons from a while color Corolla car, while he was crossing the Shahra-e-Faisal Road adjacent to Rescue-15.
However, the journalist remained unhurt luckily. The attackers fled the scene after the firing.
Tariq Nadeem immediately reported the incident to Rescue-15.
The police has cordoned off the area and started search of the attackers and the car used in the firing incident.
