A hired assassin arrested by the Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) has alleged that stage and film actress Nargis had employed him to kill a money exchanger and stage drama producer Juna Butt. A CIA Iqbal Town official told Pakistan Today that they had recently arrested five contract killers, one of them, Ali Raza alias Shirazi. According to the investigation officer, Shirazi had killed on several occasions for money. During interrogation, Shirazi revealed that he had been hired by Nargis to assassinate Juna as she had a monetary dispute with him. CIA officials said that Nargis is presently out of country and therefore no contact has been made with her following the criminal’s allegation. Further investigation on the matter will take place once she is back in Pakistan, they said.
