Blasts damage school, house in Nowshera and Khyber Agency

Unknown miscreants blew up a government school building and a residential house with explosives on Wednesday, but no human loss was reported in both incidents. According to police, anti-literacy miscreants had planted explosive device in Adamzai Government Boys High School in Nowshera which exploded with a big bang. As result of the blast, two rooms and the boundary wall of the school was damaged but no causality or injury was reported as the building was vacant at the time of the explosion. According to Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS), five kg explosives were used in the blast. In a separate incident, a bomb planted beside the wall of a house at Saddu Khel area of Landi Kotal in Khyber Agency went off causing partial damage to the building. However, no loss of life was reported.
