Robberies took place in different places of the city on Sunday, City 42 reported. Per details, three robbers snatched a motorbike from a citizen named Awais Shahid in the area of Choki Nadarabad. Two robbers robbed Rs 25,000 and a mobile phone from a citizen named Ghafoor when he was returning from an ATM after withdrawing cash in the area of Township. In another robbery incident a woman, resident of Sodiwaal, was robbed of gold worth Rs 600,000 at gunpoint and the culprits managed to escape. Another incident took place in the house of Malik Akram resident of Johar Town, where robbers managed to break in the house and robbed two motorbikes, Rs 5000 cash and other valuables. Two robbers robbed 233g gold at gunpoint from a family returning from a birthday party in the area of Gulshan Ravi. In other incidents, a citizen named Hafiz was deprived from his car in the area of Satukatla and Al-Zaheer from his motorbike at Taj-Bagh in Gaziabad. Police reached the spots, gathered evidence and filed FIRs against unidentified robbers in their respective police stations for all the mentioned incidents.
