To provide speedy justice to litigants, the Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial has constituted two division benches and four single benches for the LHC Rawalpindi bench in the next week.
According to schedule, division bench No.1 would comprise of Justice Sagheer Ahmed Qadri and Justice Ali Baqar Najfi, while division bench No. 2 would comprise of Justice Khawaja Imtiaz Ahmed and Justice Mamoon Rashid Sheikh. Both divisional benches would hear the murder cases and appeals of all kinds. The four signal benches would comprise of Justice Khawaja Imtaiz Ahmed, Justice Mamoon Rashid Sheikh, Justice Sagheer Ahmed Qadri and Justice Ali Baqar Najfi.
