Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Mohammad Asif Sandila visited forward bases of Pakistan navy at Creek Area to monitor war games Sea Spark 12.
Naval Chief inspected forward basis of Pakistan Marines in creek areas. He was briefed by commanders of respective teams regarding the strategies they had adopted to complete their missions. The chief applauded navy’s defense tactics and maneuverability in narrow sea lanes of the creeks. Marines exhibited their masterly skills in demo raids, ambushes and coordinated efforts with the Army and the Air Force.
Asif Sandila stressed upon the importance of safeguarding the strategically located creeks for those living inland. He appreciated the overall operational preparedness of the troops in carrying out the tasks given to them.
