FM for dialogues with Afghanistan

Foreign Minister (FM) Hina Rabbani Khar said on Thursday allegations leveled by Afghanistan against Pakistan were not based on facts and all misperceptions could be allayed through dialogues.
Talking to media men here she held government of Pakistan did its utmost during the last four years that bilateral ties should head towards further improvement.
Pakistan made it clear on several occasions that accusations brought by Afghanistan against it were wrong, she remarked.
Efforts are underway to shape cooperation between Pakistan and Afghanistan for ensuring peace in Afghanistan into a treaty, she stated.
She further said that Pakistan would continue supporting Kashmiri people and urge the international community to stop violence against them.
She said that the international community should stop ignoring rights Kashmiri people.
Everyone knows the real situation of Kashmir, Khar said.
Khar said that Islamabad now trusts New Delhi more than ever before and believes the Kashmir dispute cannot be a roadblock.
“Our intention is to solve the Kashmir problem. But let us start with the less complicated problems. We will deal with our differences in a different mode,” she said.
She said Pakistan was turning a new leaf. “Should the political mindset adopt or co-opt the military mindset? Issues are dealt with military mindset alright, but the problems are ultimately solved by a political mindset.”
Khar further said Pakistan wanted peaceful relations with India and President Asif Ali Zardari’s day-long visit to the neighbouring country on April 8 had helped in improving ties between the two countries.
