The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman and other NAB officials will on Tuesday appear before a three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry in connection with non-implementation of the verdict in the rental power plants (RPPs) case.
NAB officials issued notices included Col (r) Shehzad, Kamran Qaiser, Raza Khan and all supervisors and investigation officials.
During the last hearing, the chief justice refused a request by NAB’s deputy prosecutor general for a closed-door hearing of the case.
The court had warned that NAB would be held responsible if any of the accused fled the country.
