Federal Railways Minister Haji Ghulam Ahmad Bilour has refused to withdraw his statement of announcing head money for the US producer of blasphemous film despite strong US reaction and pressure of the government and the Awami Natioal Party.
Sources said that the Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf spoke with ANP Pesident Asfandyar Wali and the ANP took into confidence KPK senior Minister Bashir Bilour and Senator Ilyas Bilour and asked them to persuade Ghulam Bilour to withdraw the statement.
However, according to these sources, the Railways Minister says he was bound by his religion and as a Pakistani Muslim and Pakhtoon there was no question of his taking back the announcement.
He said he would remain committed to his announcement and it does not matter to him if some one was annoyed over it.

  1. "However, according to these sources, the Railways Minister says he was bound by his religion and as a Pakistani Muslim and Pakhtoon there was no question of his taking back the announcement.
    "

This SOB is unnecessarily trying to drag religion just so that he can justify his moronic statement. He should have been relieved from his duties immediately after his statement came out. However, because he is part of the coalition and the incumbent government risk annoying one of its major allied, therefore, no one is taking action against him. The bottom line is that it is all political and nothing more.

  2. This is freedom of expression. How many ministers resigned in USA on anti islam movie. Bilour also expressed his hatred for that dirty film maker. Even if bilour or so many resign but still west will not make you friends and will continue hating you muslims

      • scary thing is that this idiot writes himself as Dr. If he really is a Dr, that just shows the quality of pakistani educational institutions.

    • Obama's team at the Blackhouse should resign after reading the report below (please read carefully):
"A research and investigation report by the leading Stanford Law School and New York University School of Law in the United States has rejected Washington’s narrative about the use of drones in Pakistan and concluded that the strikes are counterproductive and damaging, kill innocent civilians, constantly terrorising the people of tribal areas, depriving children of education and even targeting rescuers.".
"The report added that the drone strikes had also soured many Pakistanis on cooperation with the US and undermined US-Pakistani relations. One major study shows that 74% of Pakistanis now consider the US an enemy. ".
"The report says all reporting of government accounts of “militant” deaths should include acknowledgment that the US government counts all adult males killed by strikes as “militants,” absent exonerating evidence. Media accounts relying on anonymous government sources should also highlight the fact of their single source information and of the past record of false government reports.". continued below.

    • Continuation of my reply:
"Shahzad Akbar, Director FFR and Reprieve’s Legal Fellow in Pakistan said: “This report by US academics has established what we have been saying for years. Drone strikes are illegal, largely terrorising the civilian population in Waziristan and pushing them to militancy. The world cannot expect us to love the US when they are killing women, children, elderly and innocent civilians as indicated by this report. This new report will help poor victims in their quest for justice and due process.”. Ansar Abbasi – The News International – 25/9/12.

  3. Asking why Pakistani authorities won't arrest the Minister of Death threats after commiting a criminal offense should provide some insight into the standing governments realpolitik concerns.

  4. He's only doing it to save his remaining cinemas in Peshawar and other cities. Two of his cinemas were burned down last Friday.

  5. Bilour has jumped into the band wagon of violent and uncontrolled mob, either to save his remaining Cinemas or washing off his criminal and corrupt behavior that resulted in the demise of Pakistan Railways. His statement is just "GANGA ASHNAN."

  6. This man is clearly not fit enough for such high office. He has clearly lost his marbles.

And he probably lost them in the piles of cash he has accumulated through his widely known corrupt business practices.

  7. Mr.Bilour remain steadfast not to withdraw your statement of announcing head money for the US producer of blasphemous film despite strong US reaction and pressure of the government and the Awami Natioal Party. Allah is with you and I am with you. It is the concensus of all Ulema (sunni, shia, deobandi, barelvi, ahl-e-hadith, others) that death penalty is the punishment for blasphemy against ANY prophet. The Blackhouse will not take any action a per its past record, therfore it is obligatory on all muslims living in the US to kill Terry Jones, Sam Bacile, Steve Klein and others involved. If the muslims have any doubt, they should consullt a mufti about it. Mr. Bilour, now close all your cinemas, stop corruption in railways and improve its performance and never again interfere in moon-sighting. I pray that Allah forgive me, you and all muslims for their sins and give guidance to remain steadfast on abstaining from sins in future. Remain steadfast, don't withdraw your anouncemment about head money. God is with you. Regards.

  8. Mr. Balour, you should not withdraw your statement about headmoney. We are with you….. Although we are against your dirty cinemas business.
