Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) has submitted reply in Supreme Court regarding the arrest of MNA Syed Ali Musa Gilani in Ephedrine case.
The reply was submitted by ANF’s counsel Raja Shahid Abbasi in the court on Monday.
ANF took the plea in its written reply that the taken Musa into custody was according to the law as neither Supreme Court had issued any notice to ANF nor it knew that Gilani had submitted any application in SC for granting him bail.
ANF told the court that on the basis of arrest warrants of Ali Musa Gilani , son of former Prime Minister was arrested Force has requested the court that keeping in view the legal requirement of the case, the court may not proceed further against ANF in the case.
Musa Gillani is a criminal who must face accountability, because he was involved in drug peddling, which is a crime against humanity.
I wish that ANF would have shot him dead. Who need the scumb like him in this world. This would have alot ot time of everybody and also save Nation's money at least one corrupt crook would have been eliminate. Next time around he must be shot on sight.
