Judiciary is trying for dispensation of justice to all: CJ PHC

Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Dost Mohammad Khan has said that judiciary is endeavoring hard to provide cheap and speedy justice to all segment of the society.
He said this while addressing inaugural ceremony of two newly constructed court rooms of Peshawar High Court Abbottabad Bench on Thursday.
He said that to provide speedy justice at local level, a draft bill has been prepared for the establishment of mobile courts which has been sent to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government for passage through assembly.
He said forty percent burden on existing court would be reduced due to these mobile courts. The President High Court Bar Abbottabad Saeed Akhtar advocate also spoke on the occasion. The Chief Justice said lawyer community has played historic role during the movement of the revival of Judiciary in 2007.
He said that dignity and respect of lawyers which they deserve in the society would be maintained. He also urged upon the lawyers community to pay their due role in the eradication of corruption from the society at large and specially from the judiciary which is intolerable at any cost he maintained. He said apex courts has got no personal grudges against any one of the society.
The Chief Justice said Judicial Academy Peshawar was imparting training to the lawyers and judges of the province by saying that he is personally looking after the academy and assured that lawyers and subordinate judges would be given equal chance of participation in the training courses on purely merit basis.
He said that Bar and Bench are considered integral part of each other and this relationship will be strengthened to ensure rule of law in the country.He announced establishment of bar room at high court Abbottabad building having all modern facilities of today.
