At least eight persons sustained injuries in a hand grenade attack on a house on Kansi Road area of the city here late Wednesday night.
According to police sources, some unidentified miscreants hurled a hand grenade at a house located in Shaldara area of Kansi Road, injuring eight persons and damaging a vehicle. The assailants fled the scene soon after the attack.
The injured including Asim Taimur, Muhammed Nabi, Ghulam Nabi, Abdul Ghani, Lala Jan and Asad Khan were shifted to hospital for treatment.
