Medical, dental colleges’ entry test on Sept 23, preparation complete

The entry test for admission to all government and private medical and dental colleges in Punjab, for the year 2012-13, for the University of Health Sciences, will be held simultaneously on Sunday, September 23 at 20 locations in 12 cities of the province. More than 35,000 candidates are expected to take the test and University of Health Sciences has made elaborate arrangements for this purpose. According to the Vice Chancellor of the University, who is also chairman of the admission’s board, Professor I.A. Naveed, the entry test will be held in Bahawalpur, Multan, Rahim Yar Khan and Dera Ghazi Khan in South Punjab, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Gujrat, Gujranwala and Sargodha in Central Punjab and Rawalpindi and Hassan Abdal in Northern Punjab.
He said that the university administration had worked tirelessly for the last two and half months, to be able to hold the entry test successfully. He said that the process of holding orientation seminars for the students and their parents had also been completed. He said that in accordance with the policy of Punjab government, all arrangements had been completed for the conduct of the entry test in a fair and transparent manner, while the cooperation of the local administration and police would also be available in each district.

  1. These are the possible provisions of prospects which were also highlighted in some of the earlier provisions of ideas but there is still lot needed to be maintain in this regard.
