Division bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday extended the bail of Hanif Abbasi till September 26 in the ephedrine quota case.
Hanif Abbasi, an MNA of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), appeared before the LHC’s Rawalpindi bench and requested the court that his counsel is busy in the Supreme Court (SC); hence, his bail be extended.
Granting his plea, the court extended his bail till 26 September.
