  1. Is their Health Minister for Sindh???
I do not think there is one.
Dr Sagheer Ahmed is MQM for health of Nine Zero. Has this man ever gone to hinterland SIndh to see for himself the state of affairs of the health institutions? Never.
CM is presiding a cabinet in which there are coalition partners (MQM) who couldn't care less about Sindh. Their activities lie around the governor House and Nine Zero.

  2. DrSagheer Ahmed is Health Minister for Nine Zero and the governor house.
He has no interest whatsoever with the interior of Sindh.
