3 gunned down over domestic disputes

A man gunned down three persons, including his wife and mother in-law, and injured another over a domestic dispute on Monday.
According to details, the accused, Obaidullah, from Green Town had two wives. One of his wives was living at her parents’ house. The accused often visited his in-laws and asked his second wife, Fatima, for money.
Late Monday night, Obaidullah went to his in-laws and demanded money from his wife. Upon refusal, he opened fire, killing his wife Fatima, mother in-law Khursheed Bibi and step-son Salman, while injuring his other son Zaheer critically.
He fled the scene after committing murder.
The bodies and injured were shifted to a hospital for medico-legal requirements.
Meanwhile, in the Samanabad area, Bushra, aged 25, suffered severe burn wounds due to a fire in the house. She was rushed to Mayo Hospital where she died before getting treatment. The parents of the deceased claimed that Bushra was intentionally set ablaze by her in-laws who were not happy with her.
