Police have detained a foreigner for taking pictures of sensitive buildings in the garrison city on Monday.
The foreigner was arrested at Fawara Chowk by law enforcement agencies when he was taking pictures of some buildings along with three other foreigners who managed to escape arrest.
The detainee failed to explain the reasons for taking pictures of sensitive buildings.
He was taken to an undisclosed location for interrogation.
