Earlier it was announced to start operation against illegal hydrants at 10:00am on Monday but the operation was delayed due to poor law and order situation in the city.
Meantime, during survey of KWB, the water mafia smelling the rat has already wrapped up the operation and disappeared.
It should be mentioned that KWB has already banned illegal hydrants in the city due to which citizens have to face severe shortage of water especially in Industrial areas.
