The Federal Investigations Agency has take over the files of charred factory in Baldia Town Karachi after the authorities declared the building dangerous and sealed the factory premises and adjoining area using containers last night.
Director FIA Azad Khan re-visited the doomed factory along with his investigation team and collected evidences. The FIA team took many important files found at the factory with it.
The team is conducting investigating from a number of angles including insurance to evaluate what really caused fire.
The chief of CPLC Ahmed Chinoy also accompanied the FIA team.
A 15-member delegation of the civil society also visited the factory and it has begun preparing in its own report. The members of the delegation also visited also visited the homes of the affectees and the bereaved families to help speed up the process for help and aid.
