  1. The primary parties such as PPP, MQM and PML{Q} in power for past 15 years, have to share responsibilty for taking bribes to allow such factories to exist and functionand guilty of homicide. These factories pay crores of rupees monthly extortion money, to keep running. Political, civil or military in case of Mush era, Mayors and DMG officers were hand in bloves with these extortion rackets taking money, instead of ensuring that factories install emergency safety infrastructure to face such eventualities. EXIT DOORS of all factories are not installed with protective one way indoor opening. this is reason they are closed to prevent target killers, extortionists and kidnappers for ransom to enter and harass workers and owners. Human lives of ordinary poor does not matter in Karachi. Failure to pay extortion money is often followed by armed attacks, hurling fire bombes inside. These factories have highly inflammable gasoline or diesel to run electric generators to provide electricity, which the state should have provided. Rental Raja and At o Z are also responsible. There will be a cover up because you cannot expect the main culprits in power to blame their thugs. Poor will continue to die as long as they do not stand up or defy these murdering corrupt rulers.
