Three powers houses of Jamshoro have been closed due to which the power has been suspended in Karachi and other areas.
Thermal Power House, Kotri Gas Turbine Power House and Lakra Power House have been close down due to which power has been suspended in Jamshoro and nearby areas.
Two units of Thermal Powerhouse Jamshoro were shut one month before while three units were also closed from last 42 hours due to technical problem.
Kotri Gas Turbine powerhouse has closed owing to gas shortage and Lakhra powerhouse was closed before and all these three-powerhouse were producing 711-mega watt power.
Due to the closure of these power houses the supply of power has completely shut due to which Karachi, Nawab Shah, Tando Muhammad Khan and Tando Allahyar , including other areas are deprived of power.
