The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will introduce separate bus services for tourists and residents of the city, said an official of CDA during the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Cabinet Secretariat meeting.
The tourist bus service would be only for tourists, while a rapid bus service would be introduced for the citizens, the CDA officials informed.
The meeting of the standing committee was chaired by Convener Parvez Khan Advocate, while Member of the National Assembly (MPA) Engineer Muhammad Tariq Khatak and Tahira Orangzeb along with CDA Member Finance Javed Jahangir, Member Engineering Ibrar Husain Shah, member Planning Aziz Qureshi, DG Planning Ghulam Sarvar Sindhu, Deputy Director Tourism Saeed Ahmed and Joint Secretary Cabinet Division Afaq Makhdoomi were also present on the occasion.
