A man was challaned on Thursday by the Solid Waste Management Department (SWMD) of the district government over dumping construction material debris in Nullah Leh. According to the details, construction work of one Malik Zaheer was underway near Imam Bargah Colonel Maqbool and debris of the construction material was being dumped in Nullah Leh late in the night. Upon getting information, Inspector Tahir Mubeen Shah reached the spot and issued challan slip to the accused. An application was submitted in the city police station for the registration of case against the accused on the directives of district officer SWMD Dr Mazhar Azeem.
