Counsel of Ali Musa Gilani has said that the arrest of his client is murder of justice and a contempt of court.
Talking to media outside the premises of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Gilani’s counsel Advocate Dr. Khalid Ranjha said the apex court should take notice of the incident.
Gilani could have been arrested from anywhere in the country but his arrest just outside the court is beyond comprehension, he added.
It should be noted here that Musa Gilani was arrested from the court premises as he was about to appear before the court hearing his pre-arrest bail plea.
Court, in receipt of the report regarding his arrest from the court, directed the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) officials to produce him within half an hour.
They should shot him so this matter was resolved to its conclision without wasting more time. This man is criminal and in Don of Multan Drug Cartel. Such people must be eliminated.
