Zardari for FATA reforms with consultation of all stakeholders

President Asif Ali Zardari emphasized that the reforms process in FATA should be undertaken in consultation with all the stakeholders and in accordance with the wishes and customs of the people respecting their traditions.
A briefing was held at Aiwan-e-Sadr on Thursday with President Asif Ali Zardari in chair to review progress on various development projects in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) and the ongoing reforms process to bring the people of the area into the mainstream of national life.
The meeting reviewed implementation status of the amendments in the FCR signed last year by the President on the occasion of Independence Day celebrations.
The meeting was attended among others by Governor Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Barrister Masood Kausar, Law Minister Farooq H. Naek, Secretary General M. Salman Faruqui, Spokesman to the President Senator Farhatullah Babar, Senator Sardar Ali, Additional Chief Secretary FATA Dr. Tashfeen Khan, Secretary SAFRON Habibullah Khan and other officials.

The emphasis on FATA,respect for their traditions and customs should have been there all along Zardari,where have you been.You want to make all this look important now since the elections are around the corner,how thoughtful of you.You don't impress us,we know exactly who you are.To save your face,to make sure PPP wins in the next elections,you have PPP meetings at the presidency all the time,which by the way is against the law,on FATA,you chair one meeting?By the way,the biggest stakeholders are the people of Pakistan,remember??? what have you done for them ever?????
