The government of Pakistan has promoted Air Commodore Ahmad Ejaz Nadeem to the rank of air vice marshal. Air Vice Marshal Ahmad Ejaz Nadeem was commissioned in the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) in January, 1983 in the Engineering Branch. During his career, he had served as the Head of Avionics Department, Dean (NUST) and Commandant College of Aeronautical Engineering at the PAF Academy in Risalpur. He is a graduate of the PAF Air War College and holds a PhD degree in Electronics from the University of Florida (USA). He is also a recipient of the Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military) award.
