The Karachi police in their on-going drive against criminals arrested 31 accused during the past 24 hours. A police statement on Tuesday said that those arrested included 10 absconders and one proclaimed offender. It said that there were five encounters and three gangs of alleged criminals were busted during the period. In all, 15 pistols and one hand grenade recovered from the possession of the accused, the police statement further pointed out.
