Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) considers the US its “worst enemy” and Islamabad’s cooperation with Washington was just a sham to extract billions of dollars in aid, said the Dr Shakeel Afridi who was jailed for helping the CIA hunt down Osama bin Laden.
In an exclusive interview with Fox News, Shakil Afridi who helped track down Osama’s Abbottabad compound before the May 2 raid by US commandos, described torture at the hands of the ISI.
He said the agency was openly hostile to the US.
“They said ‘The Americans are our worst enemies, worse than the Indians’,” Afridi, who spoke from inside Peshawar Central Jail, was quoted as saying.
He added: “I tried to argue that America was Pakistan’s biggest supporter … but all they said was, ‘These are our worst enemies. You helped our enemies’.”

Afridi helped the CIA by running a fake vaccination programme that allowed him to collect the DNA of bin Laden’s children from the family compound in Abbottabad.
Sample analysis confirmed the terror chief was probably there and triggered the deadly mission by US Navy SEALS in May last year.
Pakistani officials felt the operation was a violation of the country’s sovereignty.
After the raid, Afridi was arrested for conspiring against Pakistan, and last month jailed for 33 years.
The doctor also alleged that the ISI helps fund the Haqqani network and spy agency also works against the US by preventing the CIA from interrogating militants captured by Pakistan, who are routinely released to return to Afghanistan to continue attacks on NATO forces there.
“It is now indisputable that militancy in Pakistan is supported by the ISI… Pakistan’s fight against militancy is bogus. It’s just to extract money from America,” the doctor was quoted as saying, referring to the $23 billion Pakistan has received, largely in military aid, since 9/11.

Why men kill men & how killing of humans by their own species stop? Scientific investigations tell us that when too many people multiplying at a faster speed, always kill each other massively. But as soon as their birth rate is reduced, killing is also reduced. When birth rate & death rate equals & growth rate is zero within few years the killing is zero too. LET US WORK TOGETHER to eliminate killing of humans from earth planet for all the time to come. The killings and wars are restricted to only those areas when birth rate is highest, civil wars are inevitably rampant there and in few cases they have invited foreign interventions too. Who changed the world & made it so much humane that now nobody can think to make all the females of a conquered land as slave girls and send the prettiest to the Rulers & Commanders of the victorious forces. The whole credit goes to the Modern Thinkers, the Humanists, the Independent Philosophers who scientifically studied the human behavior and conduct & suggested the ways to change it—over and above all–Malthus–Robert Thomas. The credit also goes to the Physical Scientists who laid the foundation of modern industrialization to produce massive resources to feed, cloth, house, transport & provide basic necessities & necessaries of life to billions of people. Despite the fact that Saudi Arabian area had a population not more than 1 million thousands of years ago till the year 1900 but now in 2012 the population there is 30 million just in 1 century. Now the question is why the population could not increase in thousands of years & why it increased by 3000 percent in just 1 century. Had these resources not been provided to them, their children would have died of starvation, hunger, thirst, diseases, or butchered at the hands of each other as they had been doing for millions of years. If Muslim World & the rest of the 3rd world adopt 1 child policy, in 30 years there will be no civil war in Afghanistan/KP/FATA/Burma/Somalia/Rwanda/ Uganda/ Ethiopia/Pakistan/Congo/Niger/Nigeria/Male/Iraq/Syria. There will be no dictatorship; no cruelty; no devaluation of human life. Every human life will be so valuable that every laborer shall get minimum 100000 $ as salary, every body so healthy easily living a life of +80 years.; no killing; no murder; no wars; no fraud; no hatred; no ungratefulness; no thanklessness.
Even the borders of world countries will evaporate like EU which has become like one country after killing of thousands & thousands of generations of each other for millions of years. There is no enemy of Muslims and 3rd world people; they are enemies of their own; their birth rate is their enemy No.1; the rest of the problems are off shoot of this mother problem; they can neither feed, nor cloth; nor provide water; transportation; medicine; education; skill; housing; jobs etc., etc., to their countless growing children like insects.They beg from the whole world to feed their countless growing children & educate them & provide them medicine, clothes, water, etc. etc. World has fed up helping them, assisting them & their unending beggary, multiplicity of their numbers and then hating their benefactors & planning to wage wars against their permanent benefactors. I like a lot of what you saying regarding the ungrateful public in the third World and Muslims in particular. Your suggestion of China is very good. But Chinese in a popular revolution under the leadership of communists, turn their fortune around. When western rulers not scientists and humanists were killing the chinese and famine was common in even Peking in the 40s, you can say the Chinese population was ungrateful than, for Western advances brought to China in 20th century.
I am trying to understand your view regarding a globe without borders, seems far in the future, will change the human misery as we witness today. I hope we are inching toward world peace not another world conflict.
One more thing not all human advances in science and social justice is belong to Westerners. Middle East-including Egypt-China and India had lay the ground many years before Western Industrial Revolution reaped the fruit. Lets be fair here.
