A group of Pakistani national Hindus 171 has sought asylum in India due to hardships in Pakistan.
According to details a batch of 171 Hindus arrived in Jodhpur from Pakistan on Monday.
Talking to media persons the leader of group Chetan Ram said that they were facing problems in Pakistan therefore they don’t want to go back and Indian government should give them asylum.
They have been accommodated temporarily in a temple campus until proper arrangements are made, Indian media reported.
President of Seemant Lok Sangthan Singh Sodha, an organisation fighting for the rehabilitation of Hindu migrants said that he has intimated the chief minister about the matter, and expect him to direct the administration to make some arrangements for them.
It should be mentioned that Hindus community group left the country in disguise, not disclosing about their departure even to their relatives.
I feel sorry for them. they have been forced to leave their mother land. But it is not only with Hindus or anyother minorities.. Now Pakistani Muslim SHIAS are major target.
I wish good luck in their future endeavors. It is good that you have left Pakistan as it is now becoming a place for Muslim radicals to live, where no minorities or others can breath easily. Thanks to the Taliban based school of thought.
Our religion teaches us and urges us to live in absolute harmony and peace with the minorities, but not only are we ignoring injunction, we are also driving our own Pakistani minorities away from their homes and to the land to which they belong as much as
These are genuine asylum seekers in their own country.India should respect their wishes.India should also clearly understand that opening their borders to Pakistan is importing terrorism in its purest form-not only that you will open the flood gates to paks drug trade.
I deal in Agriculture in Hyderabad, Pakistan. Whenever, we sell agriculture goods, we sell to Pakistani Hindus, who basically Monopolise the agriculture market in Sind areas. Compared to Punjab, i am forced to sell at a price 20% less then the market going rate. The Majority of cotton ginning factories in sind are owned by Pakistani Hindus! They are known to be very Cash Rich. They also enforce their Caste systems their. You would find some very poor and illiterate Pakistani Hindus doing labor jobs, At the same time, Rich Pakistani Hindu Cotton Ginner owners are sending their children abroad to study. So Personally i dont see that Minority going through some different Hardship, that already majority of Pakistanis are not going through. Times are tough, IMF Loans, Corruption, illiteracy, the government having no long term plans, other then how to get reelected for a second term. Also The War on Terror for which a lot of innocent Pakistanis have lost their lives and livelihood. I guess all Pakistanis have to decide, whether to stay and fight the daily Hardships to have a better future or Run away, whether through immigration or Asylum,Etc. I for one am here to stay.
I'm a Partition Refugee in india. What I see all my relatives and other beloved ones left behind had converted to ISLAM so that they can be spared from PERSECUTION. Just tell me how is it possible!!
a tiny economy & terrorism…great combination for the destruction of pakistan.
I hope they find peace from the persecution they must have had to cope with for so long in Pakistan as Hindus.
Kitnay sharam ki baat hai.
Humara mazhub Islam humain sikhata hai aur hum apnay Pakistani minorities ke saath kia salook kar rahe hain
Its so sad not only for Pak but for Pakistanis in general that we have face such humiliation
Our religion teaches us and urges us to live in absolute harmony and peace with the minorities, but not only are we ignoring injunction, we are also driving our own Pakistani minorities away from their homes and to the land to which they belong as much as
As we do
I feel sorry for them. they have been forced to leave their mother land. But it is not only with Hindus or anyother minorities.. Now Pakistani Muslim SHIAS are major target of these bastards.
issi ki kami thee
sad may God bless them
We may have hundreds of excuses against these asylum seekers fleeing to India. The fact remains what a common man faces today in this so called land of the pure is not what this country was created for, after millions of Muslims laid down there lives for it, and so much hardships gone through for a better day ahead which never came. They had the brain and the courage to go to India as asylum seekers. The bitter truth is millions of Pakistani Muslims would like to follow if they had a chance to go and live in other countries. I've heard people say this is mini hell and heaven for those who prefer the wrong and the wicked way, the criminals and those getting good from doing the wrong. God bless the innocent people of this country where the wrong doers thrive while others wait for Imran Khan to do the needful.
