Unidentified armed men on Friday set ablaze two Nato containers in the Dasht area of Mastung district, police confirmed. Police sources said that two Nato containers carrying logistics for ISAF forces were on their way to Afghanistan from Karachi when they came under attack by the gunmen on Quetta-Sibi Road.
The armed men stopped the containers and torched them by sprinkling petrol. The containers were damaged as a result, however no loss of life took place as a result of firing. The attackers managed to escape. Further investigation was underway.
