Shoaib Suddle, recently appointed investigation officer by the Supreme Court in the Arsalan Iftikhar graft case, on Tuesday returned Pakistan from abroad.
The Supreme Court on Thursday last ruled that the controversy relating to allegations of a Rs342 million business deal between Arsalan and real estate tycoon Malik Riaz will be probed by a commission under ex-police officer Dr Shoaib Suddle instead of NAB.
In its verdict, the apex court ordered to take the case back from National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and formed a new investigating commission headed by Shoaib Suddle. The court granted judicial power to the commission and instructed it to present report in 30 days.
