The PPP and the PML-N will hold their first formal meeting at the Punjab House today (Tuesday). According to media reports, it is a key meeting which will discuss a host of issues with special focus on the country’s political dilemma. Defense Minister Naveed Qamar and Minister for Religious Affairs Khursheed Shah will represent the PPP while senior leader Ishaq Dar, Pervez Rasheed and Sardar Mehtab will represent the PML-N in the meeting. The meeting will also focus on methodical consultations on a caretaker setup, dialogue on the provinces issue and a new accountability bill.
