Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) deputy secretary general Ahsan Iqbal on Tuesday said that the PML-N is consulting with all political parities regarding the set up of caretaker government.
Talking to media persons outside the Parliament House, he said that if the incumbent government failed to set up impartial caretaker government for holding general elections in the country then according to constitution, the issue would be handed over to chief election commissioner.
He said that the year of general polls had come but the PPP government was still talking about holding local bodies elections in Sindh province which was unreasonable.
The PML-N leader said that the government is raising the issue of local bodies elections for to delay holding of general polls in the country.
He said that all such decisions are being made in Sindh Governor House instead of Chief Minister House.
